Roger O’Farril is an information technology professional with over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of IT areas with a specific focus on Information Security. Currently he is an Information Security Manager in the financial sector, leading security architecture, and operations. Roger is an adjunct professor with the University of Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking and Telecommunications, a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance, and a long list of professional certifications including AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CISSP, and CCSP. He’s also a Subject Matter Expert for ISC2 CCSP and a volunteer reviewer for the Trusted AI Safety Expert (TAISE) certificate, developed by the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA).
