By many reports, the cyber skills workforce gap is 2.5 million or higher, and every sector feels the pain from cyber workforce gaps. The Chief Qualifications Officer and Board Chair of ISC2 will share frank observations from the most recent Center for CyberSafety and Education Workforce Study, which for over a decade has measured the pulse of the cybersecurity industry. We will examine critical issues of diversity and Gen Z engagement, enabling disadvantaged communities to overcome barriers to entry, and turning the tide on gender and racial bias in our industry.
