Yes! Book 3 or more individuals from your organization to be eligible for our team discounted rates.
To qualify as a team, registrants must be from the same organization and processed online at the same time using a team discount promo code. These discounts cannot be combined with any other discount offer or applied to previous registrations. Additional registrants cannot be added later. Any a la carte Workshop or Summit packages are excluded. To register a team, email [email protected].

We do not mail badges before the conference. Your badge will be printed onsite in the conference registration area.
Yes, for security reasons, all attendees must wear badges in order to access all InfoSec activities, sessions, expo and meals. Only registered attendees wearing a badge will be allowed access to elements of InfoSec World.
After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email serves as your receipt. If you need an additional receipt, please email [email protected].
No, InfoSec World will run as an in-person only event this year.
Yes, all InfoSec World participants are eligible for 15 hours of CPEs for the main conference, 8 for each additional full day of learning (either Workshop or Summit), 4 for half-day workshops for a total potential of 45 CPEs with our World Pass. Post-InfoSec World, each attendee will receive a certificate indicating the credits earned via email. You will then need to self-report to your preferred credentialing organization.
Once the Call for Proposals (CFP) has closed for a particular conference, we are unable to accept proposals for future conferences until the late Fall. Traditionally, the CFP opens during the month of November for the following year’s conference. Be sure to watch your email and our social media channels for announcements on CFP dates.
Yes, the InfoSec World app is THE tool for all your on-site InfoSec World needs. You will have the ability to personalize your conference agenda, connect with your fellow attendees, schedule 1:1 meetings, navigate the expo and keep track of all the great things InfoSec World has to offer.
Once the InfoSec World 2024 app is complete, we will send out an email to all registered attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

We encourage you to register for the conference and book your hotel room as soon as possible since InfoSec World’s room block fills early and sells out well in advance of the conference.

Access to the InfoSec World 2024 room block will be exclusively online through a link provided in your InfoSec World confirmation email. Upon receiving the link, you will be provided with an Access Code based on your registration type to enter into the housing online system.
Unfortunately, no. Only those registered for the 2024 conference will be able to reserve rooms through the room block. All Expo Only registrants should plan to book directly with Disney Reservations to review available options and rates.
Yes! A limited number of government rooms at the GSA per diem rate is available to guests traveling on official government business. Per Disney policy, these rates are only available to guests possessing a valid U.S. government-issued ID which must be presented at check-in. The number of nights available at the government rate will correspond with your conference registration package.
Any excess pre- or post-conference nights can be made in the group block on a space-available basis at the contracted rate. Pre- and post-conference nights are not eligible at per diem rates.
If for any reason your conference registration is cancelled under any circumstance, you will have 5 calendar days as of the cancellation date to notify Disney of your event registration status. Otherwise, you will be moved out of the InfoSec World room block and into another room on a space available basis at prevailing rates. Any and all cancellation penalties incurred will be the responsibility of the guest, even if they are moved out of the group block.
Any changes to existing reservations may be made via phone by contacting Disney Group Reservations directly at (407) 939-4686. Please have your hotel confirmation number available when calling.
We are planning to run InfoSec World as scheduled. We will continue to monitor the forecast and should conditions change, we will make a decision and communication our plans at that time. With the unpredictability of storms and hurricanes and where they could track, we will make a decision closer to the event if needed.
We understand the decision to travel or not travel is a personal one so we would ask that you make your decision regarding your own personal circumstances.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and staff at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. CyberRisk Alliance will enforce this code throughout the conference.
CyberRisk Alliance is dedicated to creating a safe, harassment-free environment where participants can comfortably learn and network with their peers as well as our speakers, sponsors and staff.
Therefore, harassment at InfoSec World 2024 is absolutely prohibited.
Harassment includes any behavior that a fellow participant would find intimidating, hostile or offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal comments regarding gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or political beliefs.
Sexual language and imagery are also not tolerated during any part of InfoSec World 2024, including breakout sessions, keynote sessions, workshops, summits, networking receptions or online media. InfoSec World participants who violate these rules may be asked to leave the conference without refund at the discretion of CyberRisk Alliance.
If you are being harassed or if you see someone being harassed, please let one of the InfoSec World 2024 team members know as soon as possible. Participant safety and happiness is our top concern.
When you enter a CyberRisk Alliance event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose by CyberRisk Alliance. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar CyberRisk Alliance events or products in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of CyberRisk Alliance.
You release CyberRisk Alliance from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by CyberRisk Alliance or the person or entity designated to do so by CyberRisk Alliance.
